Session Management

Location: Top-right header (clock icon + remaining time) Permission: All logged-in users.

KIWI has time-limited login sessions for security. You can check remaining time and extend your session through the session timer in the header.

Session Timer​

The session timer displayed on the right side of the header provides:

  • Remaining time: Shows time until session expiry in hours:minutes format
  • Warning display: Timer turns red when expiry is imminent.
  • Extend button: Click the refresh icon next to the timer to extend the session.

How to Extend Session​

  1. Check the clock icon and remaining time on the right side of the header.
  2. Click the refresh (↻) button next to the timer.
  3. Session is extended and timer resets.

Logout​

To manually end your session:

  1. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Logout
  3. You will be redirected to the login page
